  -Engineer in charge of condensing turbine and boilers.- AMOS (erp) software operations-material reservations, time attendance, approvals, job planning, work request and work orders.-Repair and maintain EGBs, STG and any other plant auxiliary as per relevant SOPs.-Develop relevant log sheets, SOPs and any other document required in smooth running of 10 EGB (Water tube boilers), 1 oil fired firetube boiler and STG (Extraction condensing steam turbine) and ensuring they are followed in operation.-Conduct daily, weekly or monthly checks of EGBs, cooling towers, pumps, separators, heating tanks and STG as per SOPs.-Conduct in-house training to operators and subordinates on smooth running of EGBs/STG and other plant auxiliary.-Plan/order for spares required for EGBs/STG service or routine maintenance as per condition or operating running hours whichever comes first.- Plan and coordinate daily steam and auxiliary operators and subordinates on smooth running of plant to ensure maximum utilization of time and machinery.-Maintain compressors, deaerators, steam drums, condensate line, steam traps, valves, flash tanks and blow down vessels and ensure their availability and correct operation.-Monitor & maintain the RO plant and coordinate with Operation members for water utilization and steam distribution.-Perform routine mechanical maintenance / servicing activities of EGBs & STG-Coordinate with Lab Personnel in performing the water testing and maintaining the water quality.-Assist in Monitoring the chemical dosing in water systems and coordinate with Lab personnel regarding dosing and isolations of chemical system.-Repair/commission and train operators on boiler/steam turbine handling.-Co-ordinate and provide help to Operation/maintenance team members in abnormal conditions.-Perform boiler water washing and any other routine maintenance as per SOPs.-Implement the company policies related with safety procedures, housekeeping, and energy conservation.
