      As an Associate Trainer I delivered training for students on engaging with College and University quality assurance processes. I have delivered training sessions across Scotland, participated in redesigning the materials and have also participated in the train the trainer sessions for incoming Associate Trainers. Furthermore, while working at sparqs I also participated in a project led by the European Students' Association looking at student engagement in European Countries. I participated in a site visit in Finland and was responsible for writing a report on the project findings from the site visit. I have also delivered a train the trainer session during an ESU seminar in Bucharest and a training on European Quality Assurance in Estonia as part of my work in sparqs. Show less

      Responsible for managing a new project within the Students' Association aiming to increase knowledge in 1st year students about the organisation and what it does. Through the project I developed an Induction Programme delivered across the University. The induction workshops were delivered by paid student volunteers. I recruited 20 paid student volunteers and was responsible for training them and managing their activities during induction week. The project was very successful and received a lot of positive feedback from students, staff and the volunteers who delivered it. Show less
