  My current role as Programme Manager centers on the leadership, management and delivery of initiatives and cross-directorate workstreams for the councils portfolio of change activities. Key programmes and projects delivered include:- Programme Lead and budget holder for the replacement of the legacy records system for the city's Children's and Adult Social Care (and affiliated) services, with a modern cloud-based solution and updated business processes.- Development of a Data Governance and Insight workstream, including defining and embedding organisation-wide Data Standards for protected characteristics monitoring and reasonable adjustment provision, establishing a baseline position for data maturity, quality and related issues across services, and development of an action plan aligned to strategic goals.- Compliance workstream for the operation of local authority overt CCTV cameras in line with Information Commissioner recommendations. This involved establishing a list of all assets, development of an updated Surveillance Camera policy and procedures checklist, carrying out data privacy impact assessments.- Programme Management of Sustainable Social Care projects- Portfolio establishment for the Economy, Environment & Culture directorate, including the definition, initiation, business case development and requirements gathering, as well as governance and dashboard highlight reporting. Show less As a Performance Analyst partnered with the 'Economy, Environment and Culture' and 'Families, Children and Learning' directorates, I project managed the delivery of quarterly key performance indicator reporting, target setting, and annual refresh of the business planning cycle. Additional projects include business change management of a service relocation to a new office, design and authorship of a public-facing annual Customer Insight report, staff satisfaction survey of central services teams, and facilitation of a business model canvas exercise.
