  As WEBB ASSOCIATES' Land Development Division Planner, Sandy oversees Planning and Entitlement for commercial, industrial and residential and interfaces with all aspects of development from due diligence through project entitlements. Sandy has managed the preparation and processing of commercial, industrial, and residential projects spanning municipalities throughout California and Arizona. The magnitude of these projects range from a small lot line adjustment to a 3000 acres Specific Plan/EIR. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task has been a proven success to simultaneously managing the many complex aspect of project entitlements in various jurisdictions from project inception through the entitlement/CEQA process, and in some instances through the construction. Sandy is been involved in all facets of land development, and coordinates with Mapping & Survey Division, Environmental Design, and Traffic Division of WEBB, as well as the overall project team which typically consists of the client/developer, project architect, landscape architect, and EIR/special study consultants.
