  Essentially I tutor the fundamentals of the English language to South Korean exchange students with ages ranging from 12-15. Rather than traditional lectures and note taking, I adopted a method which revolves around taking the students out to experience what San Diego has to offer. Through this teaching style, I see rapid improvement in not only their comprehension of the English language, but also in their own self-worth and confidence. Encountering a culture completely different from their own is frightening at first, but I believe it is an essential step towards self actualization and living a fulfilling life. I've received tons of appraisal from parents stating their child came home a completely different person. I also tutor algebra, trigonometry, and physics to my ongoing pupils. Show less
