Food laboratory and solve their problems.• Fully responsible to liase with customers in the field of Environment & Petroleum.• Ensured that all Food enquiries are attends or quotation sent with in 24/48 hrs with environment projects.• To receive enquiries for analysis, prepare Quotations, Bills etc• To receive Samples, prepare work orders and issue them to laboratories only samples with purchase orders or advance payment be issued.• To receive and check reports timely completion of tests. • To prepare final report for dispatch with Bills and receipts• To follow up the customers for releasing the payments.• To be in contact with labs for timely completion of tests.• To ensure Quality Control norms in handling of samples.• To train staffs assigned to assist you and monitor their performance.• Arrange collection of samples, assess samplers for correct procedure for sampling and sampling records.• To maintain the following file- Work Order/ Letters file, Prepare a work order• To receive reports from marketing personnel and guide them to customers:• To maintain files under your charge as allotted to you.• Fully cooperated with other lab staff, in pursuing the goals of AES labs.
