  I work the shoes of a Release train Engineer helping ramp up a new train in Airbus(partly collaborating with my European counterpart). I facilitate PI plannings and ensure that teams in the ART function smoothly. I ensure end to end operational excellence right from sourcing/hiring the right candidate to onboading to helping them work and then chalk out plans for relentless improvement. Also my main role is to facilitate resolution of program risks by involving the right people at the right time. I also in the past have worked as a Scrum Master for 2 teams here in Airbus India who works towards automating parts of Indistrial operations for Aircraft Manufacturing processes/business units.
