My key responsibilities are: Responsible for entire territory all activity of sales ,marketing& monitoring evaluate promotional activity (Nukkad Natak, Magic show ,Puppet show) Liosoning with Drs., RMP & daies at slum level are engaged to increase number of modern contraceptives acceptors and consistent users. Conduct field visits to support ORWs and USHAs or Peer Educators in implementing Client out Reach and Community Mobilization strategy and Increase user. Build capacity of project staffs conduct regular meetings, interactions and field visits with project staff to work towards overcoming the barriers relating to increased numbers of contraceptive users and to ensure that all the staff working on UHI has correct technical information on each contraceptive methods. Support ORWs and PEs for engagement of existing CBOs/Pressure groups in conducting one to one contact, in mobilizing clients on the service days, and to access services from the service points. Ensure timely submission of all reporting compliances such as Monthly Progress reports, and other mandatory reports as and when required as requested by UHI city and state office for program monitoring.  Coordinate with department of Health and Family welfare, to ensure regular supply of FP products, services and other medical supplies, required for effective delivery of services. Identify side & Monitor 560 Nukkad Natak, 60 Magic Show, 90 puppet show,240 wall Painting/writing.
