  Engaged as a Executive-Electrical for a toilet soap manufacturing and packaging plant and a Distillation plant processing raw edible oils to final soap tablets reporting to the Factory Engineer.- Managing and Handling entire Electrical Distribution system of the factory includes preventive and breakdown maintenance,projects and purchase of non stock items. The Department includes 33KV/433V ,2500 KVA transformer,HT/LT MCC’s,1000 KVA 415 V DG sets,LT motors, Medium pressure steam boilers, Thermic fluid heaters, , Air compressors, Water chillers, Brine super chillers,Battery operated forklift trucks.Driven the energy saving agenda of the factory thereby minimising Daily energy consumption by commissioning of screw water chiller,air compressor,LED lighting in packing hall,CFL lights in peripheral areas.Factory KWH/TON reduced from 326 KWH/Ton to 269 KWH/Ton.• Commissioning of the 250 TR screw water chiller thereby achieving annual saving of Rs 85 lacs.• Installation of 570 CFM screw compressor instead of reciprocating compressor, annual savings of Rs 35 lacs.• Replacement of 250 W Metal halide lamps (40 nos) in packing lines with 54 watts LED lights thereby reducing packing line lighting load from 10 KW to 2.5 KW annual saving of 6.8 lacs.• Providing interlocks ,elimination of motors and relocating of machines in packing lines thereby saving energy,KWH/T for packing hall reduced from 70 KWH/Ton to 55 KWH/ton.• Replacement of 125 W High Pressure mercury vapour lamps (150 nos) in plant with 36 watts CFL lights thereby achieving a annual saving of 7.8 lacs.• Retrofitted the main incomer ACB 4000 amps from GE to Siemens without affecting plant operations in given time deadlines• Successfully fitted electronic relays for the critical motors of the DFA plant.• Done detailed study of rewounded motors for in efficiency and raised capital proposal and replaced such motors with energy efficient motors.
