  - Responsible for the following activities: Ensure the issuing of project schedule whether in tender or construction phase with the most appropriate planning methodology. Track, monitor and forecast progress for all activities. Analyze project schedule data and provide recommendations and recovery options. Issuance of accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports and any relevant reports required. Ensure quality of the project controlling reporting. Provide clear visibility to the relevant team on the project plans, schedule, status and records. Support claim preparations. Review and analyze cost sheets and budget baseline and ensure proper estimation and sufficiency of project resources. Review subcontracts, amendments, subcontractors’ invoices and suppliers purchase orders to ensure compliance with the budgeted rates. Report the cost overruns and expected cash deficits along with recommendation for internal budget changes. Ensure collaboration with functional cost owners to find strategies to reduce cost. Analyze all the risks and provide strategies to mitigate them.
