      As a Special Project Intern, I worked as a Data Entry and Clerical Administrative Assistant where I assisted other users in the organization with software, hardware, and automation issues. I used my skills with various windows and MAC based software programs to develop multiple use spreadsheets and other data base documents to use in reports and presentations for my supervisor. I monitored and tracked reports, and special projects. I assisted other staff members in research, gathering and compiling materials for briefings, talking papers, and executive summary reports and memorandums for use by my manager at meetings and conferences.
