      Having realised an affinity and aptitude for Project Management during my previous tenure at Foot Locker Asia Pacific, I was promoted to Project Manager - a role which I enjoyed greatly and would provide the professional framework for future endeavours. During this role I was required to:- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of Foot Locker new store construction projects, refits of existing stores, relocations, closures and store maintenance issues. - Support Real Estate Director with store selections, financials and presentations on Real Estate deals. - Co-ordinate and assist with the Lease Administration and Negotiation.- Facilitate and prepare maintenance, capital and tenancy budgets. During this role I greatly enjoyed the diversity of B2B relationships I was required to maintain - from shopfitters, real estate agents, suppliers, landlords, stakeholders, and internal Foot Locker staff. I also enjoyed the responsibility of being attached to my project and found it deeply gratifying to follow a task through from creation to completion. Show less As I completed my studies at university I was promoted to Accountant with Foot Locker.The role involved providing professional support to the finance team and broader Foot Locker community by ensuring all responsibilities are processed accurately and efficiently - in accordance with ethical guidelines and Foot Locker Policy and Procedures.I was required to directly manage an Account Payable Clerk and a Finance Officer throughout the duration of my employ. During this role I was also responsible for some key financial restructures - namely:- Improving the efficiency in the rental accounting procedures and payments systems - Auditing, extending and improving Capital Reporting systems.- Managing and negotiating lease obligation/reporting.
