      • Led Learning Management, the priority project related to the goal of increasing achievement scores and reducing achievement gaps for almost 3.5 million students, involving policies related to curriculum, instructional materials, teacher’s professional development, use of assessment tools, technology, and monitoring.• The Recovery and Deepening of Learning Program that I led was central for the state of São Paulo to achieve the greatest advance of IDEB (the main indicator of quality of education in Brazil) in primary and secondary education in its history, and to reduce the difference in performance between public and private schools. by 25% in the final years of elementary school and by 14% in high school between 2017 and 2019. The program also was selected as a finalist for the Evidence Award (award to recognize evidence-based policies) and the IMDS Social Mobility Trophy.• Coordinated actions of different Department areas and organized training to education professionals in the state during school closures caused by COVID-19 and while they were gradually reopened, including Orientation for Remote Activities, Blended Learning Guide and References to pedagogical organization of the 2nd semester of 2021.• Wrote São Paulo’s winning application for Gobernarte in 2020, prize awarded by the Interamerican Development Bank (IDB) that recognized innovative public policies in Latin America and the Caribbean to face challenges caused by COVID-19.• Prepare presentations used by the Secretary of Education and the Coordinator of the Pedagogical Department in different situations – such as press conferences, events, public hearings and training sessions.
