      Working on the AGIP KCO, Kashagan Development Experimental Program (OGS), I held the role of Pre-Commissioning Supervisor. My focus was on various key processes like Air Blowing, Hydrotesting, N2-He Leak Testing, Steam Blowing, and Chemical Cleaning. In this capacity, I supported the Pre-Commissioning Superintendent and the Commissioning and start-up Manager in effectively managing the execution of commissioning and start-up activities for the plant's process lines. My role involved supervising the Contractors' work process, encompassing aspects such as Engineering, Work Permits, Mechanical Isolation Boundaries, Manpower, Equipment, Materials, Testing, and Re-instatement activities. Another critical aspect of my job was to coordinate the contractors' and subcontractors' pre-commissioning work scopes. This included managing a variety of lines such as Potable and Fire Water Lines, Utility Air and Instrument Air, High-Pressure and Low-Pressure Flare Lines, as well as HP and LP Steam Lines.Key Accomplishments:► Tracked punch list population and diligently followed up on clearance to validate all pre-commissioning activities met project standards and specifications in the Kashagan Development Experimental Program.► Oversaw tensioning and bolt torquing activities in accordance with the Joint Integrity Management Procedure to assure high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols in pipeline construction.► Superintended all preparation works for N2-He Leak Testing Activities, including permit-to-work issuance, mechanical isolation, and scaffolding installation, leading to effective and safe leak testing operations.
