It was a program which was collaborated by the likes of Green Matter, Young Water Professional, The Department of Science and Technology, Green Cape and Fetola. The students were run through the fundamentals of business concepts and the complex structures within, whilst working together in solving various social problems within their respective environments. Neil Hinrichsen of Koi Strategy, consulted and coached the students through the week long program.       The job requires me to organized surf clinics and surf lessons, hosted holiday club events with over 50 children attending and conducting surf lessons myself. At the end of the day it's not always about teaching someone how to surf, but to rather have them comfortable in the sea and to overcome their fears. I have learnt valuable people skills and patience through my experience in this field and have developed a valuable experience and understanding of the ocean and the surrounding environment.       Mazars Business Strategy Project Finalist Mazars Sep 2017 We were tasked with writing a unique business strategy describing a for profit company that has a positive impact on South African people. Of the 89 projects submitted I was chosen as one of the Top 6 finalists, where we were further tasked to Pitch our business proposal to a host of judges to make it through to the Top 3 participants. I was chosen for the Final 3 participants and were tasked with pitching our business ideas to a panel of judges who decided on the final winner.
