      Un objectif de la méthode est de réactiver la tendance naturelle qui pousse le système nerveux à trouver la meilleure organisation possible. Si nous sommes insatisfaits de tel ou tel geste, par exemple parce qu’il est douloureux ou manque de force ou de facilité, la méthode Feldenkrais nous propose de chercher d’autres façons de faire, parfois simplement en clarifiant comment nous bougeons.
