  As a visiting lecturer at DAV College, my mission is to provide students with an optimal learning experience that will give them the confidence to achieve their career aspirations. To accomplish this, I conducted weekly online live lectures and provided constructive, personalized feedback, and support to students. I infused the online learning experience with real-world examples that gave students the foundation for problem solving and decision-making. Successes included a 97% or higher student satisfaction rating in end-of-course evaluation surveys consistently for over 2 years.During my time as an Online Instructor and Curriculum Developer, I worked closely with campus leadership to coach, mentor, and inspire students. Therefore, I have recently developed the Sabhyata Nepal YouTube channel and Sabhyata Nepal Facebook page specially to provide public awareness to eradicate social crimes, problems, and evils to make the civilized citizens and civilized nations. I have been developing videos, posts, images, articles, and interviews with people and publishing them on these sites. “Be Civilized and Save Civilization” and “Our Civilization Our Identity, Preserving Civilization is Our Campaign” is the mission of Sabhyata Nepal (Civilization Nepal).   As the HOD of the English Department in Babylon National School, Shantinagar, Kathmandu, Nepal, I am trying my best to make my online and offline classes one of the best classes for my students. Similarly, I try my best to transfer my knowledge free of cost within Students Teachers, and professions. Educational planning, designing local curriculum, implementing local curriculum, lesson planning, materials production, digital literacy, MLA approaches of teaching are sole responsibilities. Successes include a 95% or higher student satisfaction rating in end-of-course evaluation surveys consistently for over 4 years. Online education is one of my passions. I provided my students with a complete understanding of course objectives. Using the “teach one another” and ‘P3’ approaches fostered by the University, my students effectively mastered course topics making them better prepared to enter the workforce. In addition to general course content, I emphasized the importance of great leadership, teamwork, and communication skills in all of my courses. The value of the work ethic was also accentuated.
