Ltd.; COCP enjoyed marketing rights for Pakistan of Emirates Lube Oil Co. Sharjah (ELCO), the largest lubricant company in U.A.E. Since 2004 COCP launched its own brand, "CIRRAT LUBRICANTS" packed and produced in U.A.E. The key responsibilities of my role were:• Developed and managed a distribution network in 26 cities of Pakistan by developing separate SWOT analysis of all the territories.• Managed complete operations for the import of the product from UAE & Singapore including product costing, Bank L/C opening, L/C negotiations, coordinating with the customs, clearing agents and shipping agencies etc.• Made agreement of third party blending with AXCL GULF FZE and with ELCO UAE for their marketing rights in Pakistan.• Manage the complete supply chain of products from supplier warehouse to COCP warehouse and also in the sales channel from distributors & wholesaler to retail shops.• Managed all the BTL marketing activates of the company all over the country including selection of venders, ordering of POS material for customers, etc. • Managed and supervise a sales team of 40 persons and review their performance; and designed distributor and agent’s incentive structure.• Designed market activities like seminars, giveaways, and technical corner meetings for transporters and industrial customers• Arranged and managed the payment recoveries from the market and in this regard provide necessary support to the sales team.
