  Operations Supervisor for Menzies Aviation at London Gatwick Airport. In this role I am in close communication with the Airline Customers discussing the operation, any delays or issues, I am responsible for making A/C changes as soon as the airline customer posts them, I also make sure the Departure and Arrival screens for our customers are up to date at all times, and I send departure details for flights to the arriving station. Another part of my job role is to manage my staff effectively by allocating them flights and making sure the operation is covered at all times, this also involves doing interactions with the staff for any flight file failings and supporting them if they need any help with improvements to their paperwork.
