I am a GP with a special interest in holistic and lifestyle medicine. Lifestyle is a key determinant of our health; but lifestyle is in turn is determined by our thoughts and beliefs. I have created a podcast which I regularly use as a consulting tool which aims to explore health beliefs as a direct therapeutic target. In particular it focuses on Mind : Body interaction, central sensitivity syndromes, functional symptoms and combining mental and physical health.
