  We had the privilege of seeing the LORD bless our ministries as the Pastor of a few local Churches in these three states before being called into service with the Denomination in May, 1989.Our last Church was Tenth Street Baptist Church, Trenton, Mo. where we saw the average attendance grow dramatically during our just over 3 years there. We planted Churches in Baldwin City, Ks.; Johnston, Ia.; and laid the ground work for a Church start near Sedelia, Mo.

  Was elected to the Board by the Missouri Baptist Convention. Was elected to the Executive Committee my second year on the board and served there from that time forward. We hired a new President while on the Board.

  Worked with Churches to develop startegies for ongoing Evangelism actions, Prayer Ministries, and Evangelism Discipleship as a lifestyle. Leadership for the annual Evangelism Conference. Began and provided leadership for the annual Youth Evangelism Conference at Adventureland, Des Moines (has become a Family event). I also was responsable for the following areas; State newspaper editor, Interfaith witness, Cooperative Program Promotion, Stewardship Director, Annual Bi-vocational Ministers Conference, Brotherhood Director, and Representative to inter-denominational activities within the state.   We are attempting to increase the number of Cooperative Churches in Northern Wisconsin. We are hoping to Plant Churches in every community among all nationalities and languages.I am a Leader working to bring a greater Christian presence to Native American Reservations in Wisconsin and the north Central USA. I am a Leader with the "Hmong Christian Nation" helping to do Church Planting work with the Hmong people of Wisconsin, providing Leadership, Coaching, Indigenous Church Planting assistance and Support, and Counsel to Hmong Christians. We are Planting Churches amount Native Americans and Hmong (Southeast Asia's). A Coalition of Churches has been formed in an attempt to help Churches Pray & Prepare for this coming Awakening; being known as----------"*SHH..." *Shalom-God's favor being poured out causing many to answer the Father's drawing to Himself; *Health-or Restoration, Relationship building, Unity, and God setting His people to PRAY; *Harvest-as we see evidence of what God is doing, soon to see large numbers coming to Christ.
