      I've had a wide range of responsibilities at Carnegie Hall in the Weill Music Institute. For Marketing, I've written biweekly features on our programs for the website and for Playbill. I've helped edit and write our curriculum, concert brochures, and web pages. And I played a key writing, editing, and research role in our award-winning online game, The Young Persons Guide to the Orchestra. But the area that most captured my skills and attention and sparked my career trajectory thereafter was my work learning how to best use WMI's data from Access databases for marketing needs, exploring Salesforce.com as a central CRM, and being a lead contact for the migration to Tessitura, the integrated arts enterprise database. These projects were fascinating, and my role in using them helped lead one of our programs to record-high attendance. Other duties I've had are elementary school program budgeting, payments, and contracting. I've also been the primary production contact for our concerts. And, being Carnegie Hall, we have a LOT of those. Show less
