  Leading the Taxation topic in the Business Ready project. Previously lead the working group on Financial Services and worked with the Business Entry team within the same project.Prior to this, led the Getting Credit-Credit Information team since November 2019 and theretofore was an analyst in Starting a Business and Paying Taxes teams. Within the Doing Business project, examined and evaluated the practical impact of reforms and regulatory changes, and traveled to multiple countries to collect field data and verify business practices. Collected and analyzed data in a large set of countries. Designed questionnaires and coordinated distribution to respondents. Interviewed private and public sector representatives (in person, in writing, and over the phone), and conducted desk research. Coded and justified data.Led several teams of 2-10 people (topic team, function teams: presentations, website, tracking of historical reforms, confidential briefings to country directors), as well as trained new team members. Communicated with government officials (video conferences, delegations, written correspondence), drafted and coordinated briefings for the management, and prepared consolidated official responses to the governments.
