Additional project work included informal market research evaluating document and records management system solutions. We were also able to complete the consolidation of all inactive physical content under a single commercial off-site data storage provider.

Our strategic focus centered on the the design of an information governance framework (Policies; Standard Operating Procedures, Process, retention, disposition, data protection, privacy, risk mitigation and cost containment) through collaboration with the Firm's legal and business operations leadership. Our responsibilities included providing legal holds management support to the Office of the General Counsel. and coordinating the data collection and export of potentially responsive information to relevant actions i.e. internal investigations, subpoena, government audit and client requirements. Our efforts also included responsible budget management through cost containment and vendor relations efficiencies.
