  I'm a Head Barista passionate about coffee and fluently trilingual (Portuguese, Spanish and English) at the renowned Caffe Concerto in London. I lead a talented team, ensuring exceptional quality and service. My daily journey involves interacting with customers, suggesting custom blends and sharing coffee knowledge. In addition, I continuously train the team, keep up to date on the latest trends and seek to enhance the Caffe Concerto experience.At Caffe Concerto, my focus is on creating a warm and sophisticated environment, introducing innovative drinks and striving for excellence in every cup of coffee. I collaborate with management and staff to develop new seasonal menus and create unique sensory experiences for our customers.With the passion I have for coffee, I am constantly looking for updates and improvements. Participating in workshops, courses and events keeps me informed and inspired to offer the best quality and satisfaction to our customers.As Head Barista, I play a significant role in training the team, sharing my knowledge of the art of coffee, advanced brewing methods and industry trends.
