Ensuring the daily Production Target on each assembly Line of CD-70, CD-100 and CG-125 is met by managing the hourly production targets.4. Managing the smooth flow of Production Line by counter measuring any problem occurring on Production Line.5. Make sure each and every part of Exhaust Mufflers are completely and accurately Traceable and Identified.6. Observing the Production Line of CD-70, CD-100 and CG-125 following the techniques of DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control).7. Organizing a proper Training Plan for any new Quality Engineer, Quality Inspector and Worker to make sure the process runs smoothly.8. Executing KAIZEN on processes and production line to make sure each process is improved and every individual takes part in Improvement of process.9. Following the Protocols of IAR’s (Improvement Action Reports) to ensure if any problem arises on the process it is rectified on an urgent basis and following up on problem on a regular basis so the problem is completely eliminated.10. Ensuring the FIFO (First In First Out) on Production Line of CD-70, CD-100 and CG-125 so that first material is used first and less material is scraped.11. Reviewing Daily Graphs on Rework and Scrap of each process of the Production Line to know the daily trend of the process.12. Administration of Job Standards on the assembly line of CD-70, CD-100 and CG-125 so that the labour follows the specified standard on the given part. Show less
