I efficiently and accurately managed cash and credit transactions, handled complaints professionally using effective communication skills, and followed protocols for safe food handling and preparation. I managed order-taking and customer transactions, prepared fresh drinks and foods, and served over 100 customers per shift. Additionally, I used POS systems to process orders while ensuring customer and employer satisfaction. Working in a team, I successfully managed in-person orders, as well as phone, UberEats, DoorDash, and Booster Juice app orders.
