Ltd.•Visited top 10 General insurance companies situated in Jaipur and Delhi region. • Also, used ORM method to gather information on implementation of technology in insurance industry by leading companies globally.• Gained understanding of regulatory frameworks like regulatory sandbox norms to implement RPA/ Blockchain/ Telematics and other advanced technologies in insurance industry across various countries. • Based on high level research and estimated assumptions, provided possible business and technological solutions to Shriram General Insurance Ltd. Example : Drones can be used to survey and capture real health of the affected areas due to catastrophe which can expedite the claim process. Or Use of Telematics and smart bands in motor insurance to track customer driving behaviour. • Also provided possible solutions to re-engineer their software systems and smart mobile application.
