      Responsible for recruiting students for the Integrated Marketing Communications graduate program, building awareness in the community, hiring adjunct faculty and developing courses and course schedules. My goal to recruit 25 students per year by the end of my second year with the school was exceeded with the admission of 30 new students in my first year. I increased student credit hours (SCHs) for the academic year by 150% in my first three years. I have also launched an orientation and mentoring program that was modeled by the campus administration in the creation of a campus-wide orientation program. I have written a marketing plan, developed a process flowchart and communications plan for student recruitment and retention, produced a recruiting video and created a blog for students. I have also developed a program-specific Web site and online viewbook. In addition to recruiting, marketing and advising students, I have taught a class in the graduate program on Relationship Marketing and served as adviser on several master’s capstone projects.
