This position was a great opportunity to utilize my organizational skills along with my ability to lead people effectively.

With this, I needed to create activation briefs for firms to publish advertising content via web, radio, and print. I also worked to proof read and edit press releases and other advertising materials for before publication. Lastly I created slogans and advertising foam core which were utilized throughout the Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville, CT.

I also create informational packets and presentations describing business opportunities which I then share with the CEO and COO of the Mohegan Tribe along with the Tribal Council and Diversification team. In addition to these tasks I construct job descriptions for future employees, complete state business applications, help to create the social media plans for future franchises and research laws, requirements and employee insurance information for business investments.
