  Transfer to the Americas region. Program Manager/Project Director, leading Offshore Windfarm Ground Modelling and Site Appraisal campaigns to enable permitting, design and construction. Managing consultancy, start-up, fieldwork, reporting and closeout. Responsible for the Project Management function across Marine Site Characterization projects. I managed the operations support team while being line manager to a team of project managers and operational support staff, managing a fleet of survey vessels and assigned projects. Project Director on several projects.. Lead Project Manager on multi-services projects/contracts, delivering from field work to reporting and closeout. Project/Vessel Manager to various offshore survey Vessels. Actively participated in project excellence initiatives across Fugro. Projects managed include subsea cable/pipe route, pre-drilling and construction surveys for Renewables and Oil & Gas clients in various countries. Scopes comprised of Land/Nearshore/Offshore Geophysical, Geotechnical, Environmental and Hydrographic surveys. Started as a Trainee Engineer working onboard Survey and IRM Vessels in various countries; operating, testing, repairing and maintaining survey equipment and associated deployment/recovery systems onboard. Supported other technical disciplines e.g. Environmental Scientists, Geotechnical Engineers, ROV techs, etc. as required. Actively participated in the Safety culture on vessels. Role was a secondment to assist the onshore technical support team during a busy period. Provided technical support to Project, Commercial and offshore teams. Kept management abreast of current technical capabilities while researching and proposing new technologies. Managed engineering sub-contractors and Vessel mobilisations.
