      a. Served as the head of multiple programs or projects of the national government. This involves being experienced with online platforms for tracking status and evaluation of results as well as coordination with other offices and agencies. This also involves familiarization with project tools such as project design, GANTT charts, budgeting tools, implementation charts, and guides, among others. b. Conducted performance audits and analyze gathered data to come up with capability gaps that need assessment. The result of which will serve as the basis in formulating technical training and coaching. This function allowed me to be familiar with setting up seminars which involves coordination with the venue, caterers, production and sound team, guest speakers, and lecturers while making sure all secretariat needs are done (invitation, RSVPS, training kits, seating arrangements, programs, etc).c. Ensure compliance of our office with the ISO standards as the Quality Management Standards officer. This involves tracking all services provided through ISO forms and logbooks, assessing their compliance with the ISO steps, and providing monthly reports to the head office. d.
