      Established an innovative and visionary approach that holistically addressed early childhood, youth development and community needs through the design and implementation of a childcare and family services center with an annual budget that grew from 50K to 600K+ in eight years. Implemented Montgomery County’s first Christian Release Time program which provided Youth Leadership Training that concentrated on integrity, service, character, and respect based on Biblical principles to 50+ public school adolescents (ages 11-14). Redesigned a Summer Camp utilizing a multi-faceted approach (musical, linguistic, artistic, kinesthetic, and spiritual expression) that focused on community service, athletics, arts, academics, character development, and entrepreneurship for youth and adolescents (ages 6 to 15) to stimulate creativity and leadership skills.
