      My role is very dynamic and characterized by PDI’s willingness to change, resulting from our continuous improvement initiatives. As a Director and member of our management team, my role encompasses various aspects of our business. Working with our Managing Member and Vice President of Operation, I am responsible for facilitating programs and processes that include implementing our strategic and tactical planning strategies for “Profitable Growth”. Many companies have ambitious plans for continuous growth, and succeed at growing sales revenues, only to realize they failed to achieve profitable growth, unable to deliver both revenues and earnings. We believe employees that operate processes that create value must understand our business strategy as they are key to our organization achieving Profitable Growth. My responsibly also includes facilitating job project reviews, cost, profitability and performance, with a focus on continuous improvement. This process includes a measurement matrix relating to our “Job Budget Requirements”, material cost, labor hours, equipment quality and performance testing. As we are a small business our management team must wear various hats, I am also responsible for facilitating sales and marketing activities, public relations in the form of press releases, and company contact for business opportunities with local, state and the federal government. My role includes aspects of managing our business operations, Contracts and Procurement. Contracts relating to both customers and supplier agreements, sales and procurement terms and conditions, rental agreements and facilitating trademark and patent processes. I am responsible for the business operations of our procurement team and elements of our sale order processes, including quoting, sales order entry and the job creation processes.
