      Development engineer

NTTF (Nettur Technical Training Foundation) - I started my career as GET in Engineering Department. Engineering is nothing but Current Engineering. I believe improving something which is already doing good is difficult than innovating new things. I have done lot of KAIZEN activities on the press tools. Few months later NTTF was take over by Aditya Auto Products & Engg. My interest in learning attracts the management and they put me in Costing Department, Which taught me estimation of press tools & moulds. As i got knowledge in Engineering and Estimation they promoted me as a Development Engineer. Then i started looking into Parking Brake Projects. Aditya Auto Products & Engg (I) Pvt. Ltd., got major OEM's like TATA MOTORS & ASHOK LEYLAND - NISSAN as their customers. I got a chance to work with both of them in different projects. I was responsible for in and out for the development projects. I also acts as a Cross Functional Team member. I used to conduct APQP meeting with other CFT members to discuss about the project status and updating in ERP tools accordingly. Show less
