  1. Served as an operational planner and executive officer of Capital Mechanized Infantry Division which was a main effort of the 7th Corps, theater reserve. 2. Performed as the main effort division executive officer of G3, OPCON to US I Corps during UFG 14. Accomplished the operational objective of US I Corps commander through effective combined military operations with the US 25th Division and the Canadian 1st Division.3. Developed operational document(OPLAN, SOP, etc.) for combined and joint military operations with ROK, US, and UN-Sending States(UNSS) for the armistice. Managed CUOPS and FUOPS as a battle captain during the war-time.4. Served as a mediator and officer in charge(OIC) to coordinate all duties of brigade HQ and subordinate unit as the 1st Mechanized Infantry Brigade S3.5. Led ROK-US combined analysis for nK unit's special activity and shared with key stakeholders. 2. Developed realistic and detailed exercise scenarios concerning nK ground forces with 501 MI BDE as a general action officer of Ground Component Command-Combined Analysis Control Center (GCC-CACC). 3. Engaged in the monitoring of all-source intelligence, collection and operational information to provide optimal situational awareness by recognizing indicators and provided recommendations to the command staff at GCC during combined exercise. * Awarded a commendation from CFC CDR in UFG 2015.4. Negotiated ROK side budget scale under SOFA regulation between ROK and U.S. for the Black Hat project for reconstruction of the Combined Intelligence Analysis Center in USAG Humphreys.5.   1. Served as strategic assessment officer for C5 of Combined Forces Command(CFC). Led command coordination efforts with other experts on combined staff, ROK & U.S. interagency, ROK Ministry of National Defense(MND) and Joint Chief of Staff(JCS). 2. Provided detailed strategic analysis and recommendation concerning CFC Commander’s interest with diplomatic, informational, military and economic(DIME) approach by updating “Strategic Situation Assessments” regularly. 3. Contributed to the development of CFC's strategy by hosting Commander’s Strategic Shaping Board(CSSB) and participated national level conferences such as Nuclear Posture Review working-level discussions and Deterrence Strategy Commitmee(DSC). 4. Researched to develop alliance's directions on the U.S. Indo-Pacific strategy by participating in the Asia Pacific Center for Security Studies'(APCSS) India-Pacific Strategic Seminar in 2018 5. Led and coordinated with the U.S. counterpart for hosting CSSB, providing strategic assessment for Commander’s Decision Board (CDB) and strategic considerations for Decision Point(DP) review during combined military exercise. * Awarded commendations from CFC CDR for KR 2018 and from CFC DCDR for 19-1 Exercise 6.
