      1.Register and capture all data in regard to the list of land disputes.2.Addressing land owners who are disputing for a certain piece of land in board meetings.3.Set dates for the land dispute cases.4.Call or post letters and inform all the land owners /client involved in the issue of land ownership or allocation.5.Make reports of the cases of land ownership and allocation disputes.6.Go to fields(residential plots,commercial plots,ploughing fields/tshimo ) and confirm the disputes and see how to help to solve land ownership or allocation disputes by either checking the corner poles of the yards by the GPS and align the measurements to the ones that were initially given to the land owners to solve disputes.
