  - Supports the Air Monitoring Project and Technology Manager in the administration of the Special Projects group, responsible for community air monitoring.- Direct and oversee hybrid operations of 5 scientists working remote and on-site in a laboratory and field setting. - Led the end-to-end process of designing, building, and implementing new measurement infrastructure, data systems, and operational, analytical, and technical procedures for the agency's first mobile community air monitoring campaign focused on overburdened and underserved communities in the Bay Area, California.- Supervised a team of five highly technical employees, including three Air Quality Specialists (AQS), one Principal AQS, and one Senior AQS. - Performed a variety of technical air monitoring instrument operational duties, such as calibrated, maintained and repaired instruments, within the Air District’s regulatory air monitoring sites.
