  Unmanned Patrol Squadron One Nine (VUP-19)Air Vehicle Operator Training Officer:Scheduled over 3500 hours of flight time for 2 high-altitude military UAVs by managing over 50 pilots located throughout Florida, California, and Guam utilizing a CRM system in order to fulfill the squadron’s operational tasking and training requirements. Spearheaded a collaborative effort to overhaul the initial training processes required of junior UAV pilots. The efficiencies and enhancements developed resulted in a time-to-train reduced by 4 months along with an improved quality of instruction.Aviation Maintenance Manager:Oversaw a multi-site department, spread between southern California and Guam, of 66 aircraft technicians charged with the regular maintenance and operational upkeep of 2 MQ-4C unmanned aerial vehicles.Mission Commander:Operational maritime intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance experience as a mission and aircraft commander directing cross-functional teams of military personnel and civilian system administrators to fly the MQ-4C Triton unmanned aircraft system in the Pacific and Southeast Asia regions. Show less Patrol Squadron Two Six (VP-26)Aviation Maintenance Manager:Led a team of 6 front-line supervisors and 37 aircraft technicians through the planning and preparation for an inspection of 6 P-8A aircraft by the Naval Forces Aviation Maintenance Management Team which resulted in an evaluation score of 100%.Aircraft logistics coordinator:Navigated international regulatory frameworks, working with government aviation authorities, to coordinate the movement of 6 P-8A aircraft as well as associated aircrew, maintenance personnel and equipment, to numerous overseas locations in support of various exhibitions and multinational joint exercises. Public Affairs Representative:Produced press releases for local and national media outlets as well as greatly widened the unit’s social media impact and engagement by expanding its presence to multiple platforms.Mission Commander:Operational anti-submarine warfare and intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance experience flying the P-8A and P-3C aircraft as a mission and aircraft commander with deployments to the Middle East, Asia, and South America.
