  My role was to handle leads that populated from the internet, phone calls and walk ins. I would contact each customer via phone and email with all information about the vehicle of interest. I would be responsible for setting an appointment and then having them come in and test drive the vehicle. Once I have demoed the vehicle I would get a soft commit and present financing options for the customer. If everything goes well we get them ready for finance and I gas up the vehicle take it to detail and print out the final paper work for them to sign before going to the finance manager.
