  • Regular monitoring of the sites activities to ensure the implementation of companies HSE policies.• Assists the safety supervisor in the program management department in developing / managing and implementing the job safety program.• Review the contractor’s H&S Deliverables, i.e. SH&E plan, Worker Welfare plan and to ensure that it is in compliance with the Clients Assurance standard & Local authority requirements.• Review the method statement and risk assessments and ensure are relevant control measures are addressed.• Continual monitoring to ensure that all the control measures are implemented on the site.• Ensuring the implementation of approved SH&E plan on the site.• Raising SOR (Safety Observation Report/ Stop Notice, NCR). Ensuring the timely action on the observations raised through the email or Aconex system and on site.• Site Inspection, risk assessment, method statement, weekly site walkthrough Sr. Management.• Providing SH&E training to the staffs.• Coordinate with Client/PMC on H&S Awareness training as directed by the Client H&S Training Dept.• Chair Safety Meeting and conducting Safety Leadership tours with Client, PMC, SC & Main contractor.• Weekly, Monthly safety meeting and reports.• Preparing Weekly Dashboard Reports.• Analyzing the monthly SH&E reports to establish and advice required changes.• Managed projects from the pre-construction stage till the handing over of the project.• Inspect and report on sight and working practices to ensure the safety of Man, Machine and Material at and around the site.• Ensure that all operating equipment’s tool & plant meet project HSE standard prior to mobilization to the project site.• Communicate and coordinate with other construction engineers, supervisor to provide best protection possible.• Promote HSE culture by introducing various incentive schemes with the help of HSE department.• Monitoring heavy equipment mobilization & working on site for safe operation.
