I drive to optimize performance by monitoring applications using AI/GenAI capabilities, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing scalability strategies. I manage relationships with cloud service providers, evaluating contracts and ensuring compliance. Leading a team of cloud operations professionals, I hire, train, and provide guidance to foster productivity. Managing costs/FinOps is essential, as I analyse usage patterns, optimize resource allocation, and implement cost-saving measures. I drive continuous improvement through industry best practices, automation, and innovation.
