  After came for task force for 3 months to create basement for ISO system here, in the following months I established Food Safety Management System and provided certified with ISO 22000 at Rixos Sharm El Sheikh Hotel since 2014. As of November, 2016 I provided ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificate sby establishing the systems. Currently I continue following daily hygiene checks in all food preparation, service and main store areas and reporting, daily measurements in food production, service and store areas and reporting, daily food-beverage receiving controls and reporting, food production, stores area insfrastructure requirement controls and solution of current technical problems, realizing food recalls regularly and reporting, annual approved food-beverage supplier visits and and reporting, providing regular food safety, hygiene and environment trainings, updating related documents and creating new procedures, weekly, malfunction record, room check, staff knowledge, food-beverage menu price check, FIFO, reservation compliance, staff grooming, flushing and shower head-parletor biocide application checks in the rooms, equipment quality control, reporting and follow up, realizing monthly food, beverage, water, pool, legionella, sea waterhand-surface swab, sewege water laboratory checks, annual maintenance program an calibration realization, reporting corrective and preventive actions in case of any nonconformity and follow up, realizing internal audit within program, reporting and follow up, realizing validation and management review meetings withing program, apply decisions and follow up, providing proper hazardous waste disposal, garbage separation and garbage store check and follow up, annual fire test drill and reporting, setting monthly department targets and follow up, following annual-monthly external company audits and follow up within ISO 22000, 9001 and 14001 systems. Also I am responsible to follow and establish these systems at Rixos Seagate Sharm Hotel.
