  An average work day would include posting advertisements/ listings on digital platforms such as Zoopla and On The Market. I would also draft the body of content for the ad which would a clear, concise and interesting description about the property listed. I would also be the first point of contact for walk-ins and telephonic inquiries and would manage the same. Other administrative tasks such as keeping the digital records updated on the company software and other documents, maintaining files and keeping track on maintenance work was a part of my work profile. I would also co-ordinate with B2B and B2C clients as and when the situation required to. Occasionally I would also design ads for properties which would require a different format, apart from the standard format that the agency follow.
