  I was managing the Customer Services and Distribution project when the company was to implement a new business system. My project team was analyzing the system requirements of the organization, documenting and analyzing working processes, testing processes and flows in the new business system etc. The project work was carried out in Raleigh, USA and Sweden. Line manager for the Customer Service dept. which was a group of 4-5 persons who were responsible for forecasts, export orders, delivery follow ups, campaign planning etc. Our responsibility was to give our customers the best possible delivery accuracy. After my Degree of Master of Science I was employed at the Customer Service department working with export orders, follow up of deliveries, forecasts, campaign planning, daily contact with daughter companies etc.
