  In this role, I oversee the strategic integration of Examination functions across British Council Bangladesh Sylhet Center operations, with a commitment to excellence in service delivery and a focus on expanding capacity to meet emerging needs. As a steering force on the country's Exams management team, I ensure alignment with British Council QCA standards and other Exam boards. My leadership extends to harmonizing team objectives and spearheading risk mitigation initiatives in key areas like safeguarding and data protection. Collaborative ventures with our Commercial and Business Development departments enable agile resource planning to fulfill both immediate and future requirements. I rely on analytics to provide valuable customer insights that inform strategic planning. I also take an active role in formulating annual business plans and provide keen oversight on performance metrics, directly impacting the precision and effectiveness of our Sales, Marketing, and Operational Planning initiatives. Show less In this role, I kept a close eye on trends in IELTS enrollments to help with resource planning and regularly updated senior management on what was happening in the market. I was also involved in company-wide research projects and pushed for new tech solutions that would make life easier for our B2B customers. I made it a point to not just maintain our existing partnerships but to improve them. If there were any issues with delivering our services, I was on it—looking for alternative ways to get things back on track and even bringing in new clients for the British Council.I worked hand-in-hand with the Account Relationship Manager to dig into new business opportunities and tackle any questions or challenges that came our way, from both inside and outside the company.
