      1. Lead and ensure proper TT handling (including fault and quality TT) of all active elements as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and SLA.2. Follow-up the critical and major TT escalation problems with relevant parties in the zones, system support groups and equipment vendors especially during crisis/disaster periods, major outages, NCR activities and huge customer complaints.3. Ensure proper and periodic Proactive Fault Management (PFM)/Health Check and necessary rectification of all active elements’ (Core, Radio and Transmission) snags.4. Ensure quality PM/PFM and Corrective Maintenance (CM) of all sites (including IOE, Non-IOE, Core, Transmission Hub, MUX etc.) and all Transmission Links (including Microwave, Optical etc.) maintaining SLA.5. Ensure RO support to Core, BSC and High Capacity Tx nodes as per network requirement including on-site support, capacity upgrade, hardware replacement, different types of testing etc.6. Vendor management with strong follow up of KPI(s) and SLA & benchmarking the performance and deliverables of them to achieve company goal.7. Recognise training requirements for the regional operation’s staff (1st level) from the point of regional operation and provide where applicable8. Provide technical guidance/support for other department as per requirement.9. Plan for OPEX reduction and Quality ensuring project in terms of network operation.10.
