  Right now I am into discovering, building and marketing a new SaaS platform. I'm in charge of building unique, all-in-one user-friendly tool for corporate fleet managers, called (no surprise here) "Navifleet Manager". It's mission is to cut waste of operation time of our users and to make car fleets more connected. In the simplest words I am going in circles. Oh... Actually, I should call them iterations and pinpoint most relevant steps:- identifying market opportunities, - finding early-adopters and interviewing them to validate pre-assumptions,- building and organizing problems-to-solve repository (based on OST by Teresa Torres),- designing MVP prototypes in Figma (web and mobile),- designing in-app workflows and processes,- defining and prioritizing backlog based on gathered conclusions and cost-value ratio,- defining and verifying definition of done before release,- creating and publishing content on product knowledge base (Intercom),- creating marketing content (newsletters, blog posts, SM posts, product-video),- monitoring user adoption and overall app performance (Amplitude, Sentry),- closing deals with early-adpoters from the top of this list ... and going all the way again Show less This role has taught me how to deliver functional products and meet stakeholder requirements while working under the pressure of technology, resources and time constraints.I was responsible for developing two new products - Navifleet e-TOLL and Navifleet Driving style focusing on:Defining requirements, based on data from the New Business Team and the Customer Success Team,Defining user stories and aligning the definition of done and acceptance criteria,Managing the backlog and organizing Scrum ceremonies,Introducing the products to in-house teams (Marketing, New Business, Customer Success) Show less While being a project manager I have learned how to ensure the communication between the development team and external stakeholders remains effective.
