  As part of my postgraduate studies at Curtin University, I spent 2 weeks at 6PR for my Industry Placement unit. Half of the placement was spent shadowing news readers and reporters, writing and recording radio scripts, and editing audio for news bulletins. I spent the second half of my placement with producers, pitching news stories and shadowing both morning and afternoon hosts for their respective programs.
