  The specific position at HR was Analyst at our corporative university, and the main responsibility during this period of time was the coordination of training courses for the personel that is working in our mills. As part of the job, the objective was planning, supervising and coordinating the working plan and activities for around 16 instructors, which were the responsible of deliver the courses. Another activity was to colaborate and prepare technical courses about how to operate and use some machines of our mills.   Directly responsible in the management of the Training and Testing Center of Tenari; Rig Direct™ Academy.Ensure the operation of the facility as an entity of services to different areas of Tenaris to perform various product testing under real conditions, demonstrations to clients and training of the field specialist staff that responds to our customers ' operations.Required a control and monitoring of protocols of test to be performed, which are analyzed and prepared on a technical basis needed to operate a drilling rig, assess the associated risks and ensure the availability of the necessary resources and delivery times to execute the project. Show less As part of Technical Sales activities and responsibilities, we provide technical assistance to our different customers of the Oil & Gas Industrie that operate in our region. As part of my activities, I provide support regarding the proper selection of our premium steel grades and premium connections for each type of environments, analyzing together with them the well designs and providing different proposals in order to improve and maximize the integrity and performance of the well. Another activity I manage is the analysis and investigation of different events that occurs in the wells, with the objective of find the origin of the problem during drilling operations and take advantage of the event and prevent future similar problems.
